These Terms of Service govern your use of withmommi.com and every purchase you make from Mommi ("Mommi", "we", "us"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state or country of residence to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Our products
We make every effort to display products, colours and sizes accurately. Colours may vary depending on your screen, and measurements are approximate.
Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. Information on this site is general and is not medical advice. Always consult your doctor, midwife or healthcare provider about your pregnancy, birth and postpartum care, and follow the product instructions.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. Payment is due in full when you place your order.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, where permitted by law. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, stock errors or quantities we consider excessive. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full.
7. Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, and eligible returns must be requested within 11 days of delivery.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Mommi name and logo, text, photos, graphics and design, belongs to Mommi or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- interfere with the security or operation of the site;
- copy, scrape or collect content or data from the site by automated means;
- buy products for unauthorized commercial resale;
- submit false, misleading or offensive content.
We may suspend or terminate access to the site for anyone who breaches these Terms.
10. Reviews and messages
By submitting a review, comment or message, you confirm that it is truthful and does not infringe anyone's rights, and you allow us to use, publish and edit it in connection with our business. We may remove any content at our discretion.

12. Warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in full effect.
